About this house rental
Located in West Beach, this lovely house for $480 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Completely renovated, Seabreeze features new floors throughout, island kitchens with granite countertops and updated bathrooms with stylized walk-in showers and vanities. Seabreeze is a stacked duplex with separate upper and lower levels which makes it perfect for two families to enjoy a wonderful vacation together. Each level has a similar floor plan with three bedrooms, two full baths, a well equipped kitchen and a laundry room. We are conveniently located only 200 yards from the beautiful sand and surf of West Beach in Gulf Shores . Just a short three minute walk to the public beach access at 13th St. The property is conveniently located just two miles west of Hwy 59. You now can enjoy an early morning walk, jog or bike on the recently completed bike/walk path that passes by our home. Seabreeze has separate upper and lower levels. Each level has a similar floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Each level has: - Approx 1300 sq ft with large French doors opening on to the front covered decks. - Large Main Bedrooms with King-Sized beds, Smart TV, full private bath and porch - Two additional bedrooms each with queen beds - Queen Aerobed - Full sized Washer and Dryer - High Speed Wireless Internet Each level has a fully stocked kitchen, that has been totally remodeled with new floors, granite countertops and cabinets and new appliances. Dine at the large table or relax at the bar. Appliances include full-size refrigerator, Kitchen Aid Gas stove (upper unit), Electric stove (lower unit), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, full sized washer and dryer and a margarita maker!. The Main Bedroom, with French doors leads to a separate deck with a king-sized bed, a newly remodeled private bath and a large closet. A two-way gas log fireplace faces both the bedroom and the living room (upper unit), making this the perfect fall retreat as well. There are five highly styled ceiling fans on each level and updated lighting throughout. Additional amenities include wireless internet connection, Direct TV satellite service, two flat screen TV’s in each unit. A Gas BBQ grill and an outdoor hot/cold shower are provided for your use as well. Our beach storage room has some sand toys and beach chairs for your use while staying at Seabreeze. Covered parking is provided for up to 6 cars directly under the duplex (additional parking available). This is a great property for multiple families vacationing together. The price indicated on the web site is for the rental of our entire home which includes both units of the duplex.

My large family and I rented the entire home for an extended weekend and we loved it. Although it is not on the beach, its location is still great. Short walk to the beach or lagoon. The decor and home updates were perfect and very relaxing. The beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. The only issue we came across was a lock issue with the lower unit but it was easily and quickly remedied, thanks to the speedy response from the home owner, who was very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great - about 4 minute walk to beach or easy access to lagoon park. Very well stocked with kitchen equipment (glasses, pots, pans, blender, crock pot, accessories, etc.) however no consumables at all (no salt/pepper). Appliances were good quality. Home was in good condition and clean. Most of the towels are hotel pool style towels (small) so I would suggest bringing your own bath towels in addition to beach towels. There is not a hot tub or whirlpool tub - top unit has 2 showers. Bottom unit has one bathroom with one shower and one bathroom with a tub and separate small shower. There is an open outdoor shower and foot hose. There was a variety of beach toys/shovels and quite a few beach chairs. The surrounding residential area was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was as described. Great location. Definitely could have used more attention to detail during cleaning but it wasn’t awful. Kitchen cookware could use some updating but still functioned fine. More washcloths would be handy too. Overall a decent place to stay and owner was very responsive to all our questions prior and issues during the stay.

The place was really great! The only two things that were an issue was the place was not clean when we arrived. However, he was quick to answer and get the cleaning service over there and it was taken care of within a few hours. The second thing was there was a pretty significant leak by the dining room window in the lower unit. Other than that it was a nice place to stay!

The property was very nice and was only a very short walk to beach! The manager was great to work with. My only complaint is the bathroom showers were not as clean - it looked as if the glass hadn't been cleaned and a few hairs left behind. Also, I didn't see twin beds as I thought the site said - there 6 total bedrooms as far as we could see, not 7. The houses are close together and our neighbors were noisy at night when we were trying to sleep, but that is no fault of the owner. Overall, our stay was very pleasant at this property and we would stay again!

Our stay was great!! We loved the location and check in was easy. The only complaint was all of the bedrooms didn’t have TV’s and the if there was a Tv it was not connected to cable. Other than that the stay was great!!!

Our family stayed in this comfortable two unit house with 4 porches for relaxing and under cover parking. The neighborhood was friendly with wide walking spaces to the beach. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, the state park, recreation and other sites. Memories were made. This is us.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze. The duplex was very nice and in a great location. It easily slept our party of 9 (four couples and one single) with room to spare. The accomodations were fantastic! Fully kitted kitchens for upper and lower units with new appliances. Ample parking at the duplex and walking distance from beach access. Floors were a little dirty and a few things needed to be cleaned, nothing too crazy. Discussed with John and can happily say that it was well received. John was very responsive and nice when communicating!
I would definitely rent again and would also recommend to others!

The 2 apartments worked very well for our 4 families. There was plenty of space and the bedrooms and bathrooms were laid out conveniently. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night and listening to the tree frogs. It was a short walk to the beach. We would stay here again. Thanks John!

We were in Gulf Shores for a softball tournament in July. Four families (parent and child) were able to comfortably stay here with plenty of room for everyone. Both units of the duplex had full kitchen, laundry, family room and bedroom spaces. Three bedrooms in each was perfect for our needs and everything was clean and comfortable. The beach was a short walk away and very accessible and the house had a ground floor shower for cleaning off the sand before heading upstairs. Communication was great from the owner and everything was handled very professionally. I highly recommend this location and would stay here again!

Great space for blended families!
My husband and I vacation each year with his ex-wife and her husband, as well as our 8 teenagers. It’s a lot to manage but this property was absolutely perfect! Well stocked kitchens to cook in, spacious open kitchen/dining/living area, beautiful views off the balcony, and a very short walk to the beach are some of the highlights. Owner was responsive, although we really didn’t need him much because everything went so well. Definitely plan on checking availability for next year!

Best place we have ever stayed
My family and I come to the beach every year with our friends and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. Owner was very nice and helpful. Place was very clean. Location was quiet and relaxing yet very close to anywhere we needed to go including the beach. Overall it was the best beach trip we have ever had as a group!!!

Great place for multiple families
We had a great time at Seabreeze! The families of three brothers were able to stay all in the same place, but have lots of room to spread out and have our own space. Both units are very well maintained and well decorated which make for a beautiful home. Highly recommend for multiple families!

Great Location
We loved the location of the property and had a very good trip. It's within walking distance to some very nice beaches, and the porches on both levels were lovely. My only complaint was there were a few things that weren't cleaned from the previous renters, and would have been nice to be supplied with a few more trashbags. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and I would recommend.

Our fault, we should have asked more questions upfront. The owner was very responsive and we had a great time! Would definitely stay again on our next trip down.

Property had all the amenities that you could possibly need with the exception of a Keurig. There was plenty of space and my group of six did not feel like we were on top of one another. The WiFi at the property was hit or miss which is really my only complaint with the exception of a Keurig. The property owner was friendly and easy to reach.
