La struttura è un vecchio monastero eccelentemente ristrutturato, che si trova in posizione strategica per le visite in Umbria e Toscana. L'arredamento è molto chic. Lo staff è particolarmente accogliente. La cucina è buona e i prodotti di qualità. L'utilizzo della confortevole spa è un ulteriore punto a favore.
Non c'è nulla da migliorare.

Clean and rustic,
Fresh towels only every third day, Pool area grass not cut, area needs improvement, food in first evening was very poor apart from a nice cheese and spinach omelette. Breakfast average.
