Excellent facilities, super clean, we went as friends' group with small children it was an experience i would definitely recommend. the breakfast at home, not typically a hotel standard, but really value, totally hassle free you could wake up and take it at your convenience.
Two bathroom, generally a very convenient house with everything you needed to cook / relax at your disposal
The only minor issue was the shower pipeline, you end up kind of messy with the water flow

The house is beautiful. And host is super kind
The access to the property is terrible.
Unpaved road with dirt and muddy puddles. Makes it extremely difficult to arrive. If not having an SUV probably will never make it.
