About this house rental
Located in Marco Island, this attractive house for $475 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This beautiful vacation home on magical Marco Island is located on a sun-drenched canal with southern exposure for all-day sun, only three blocks/7 minute walk to direct access to the MARCO BEACH! Tastefully decorated in casual island decor, this lovely family-friendly house sleeps 8. There are three bedrooms; Master has a King bed, second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twins and 2 updated bathrooms. We also have a pull-out couch with a queen mattress in the second family room. Each bedroom has its own big screen TV. The house has two, separate family rooms with 65” big screen TVs in each. Our newly renovated kitchen is extremely well-equipped and will please even the most gourmet chef! We even offer an extra refrigerator in the garage to chill all of your beach beverages! Speaking of beach, it is a quick 7 minute/3 block walk door to sand to Marco Beach. This beautiful public access beach can only be reached on foot or by bike it is adjacent to JW Marriott beach and just beautiful! We have lots of beach paraphernalia from chairs, to coolers, to umbrellas and even a beach wagon to make it and easy walk to the beach. This inviting entertainment home was designed with four seating areas to savor the incredible pool and big water canal view. Three seating areas are adjacent to our picturesque heated pool within screened in lanai, and the fourth is beside the canal to maximize the view with easy access to dolphin watching and fishing on our dock! We had an amazing week. The home was neat and clean and had great views of the water. We saw dolphins in the canal in the morning, loved the pool each day and took a quick stroll to the beach daily and back for sunsets in the evening. The location of Susan's home is perfect and made for a wonderful week for our family of 6! Can't wait to come back!!

This property is amazing! Our family of 6 loved this home! The listing was spot on- short walk to the beach, awesome heated pool, inside of home is amazing as well. We loved it all! Saw dolphins in the canal 2 of the days we were there. We had additional family staying on Marco Island at the same time as us, and all 17 of us were able to get together for supper! I would recommend this property to anyone! Neighbors are awesome as well- shared their bball hoop with my adult kids- 23 and 20!! Susan was wonderful to work with- thanks again for everything! We were able to get out of cold Wisconsin for 7 days-- we will surely be back in the future!

House was better then advertised! Clean. Spacious. Walking distance to beach access. Saw Dolphins in the canal. Fished in the canal. Pool was warm. Lots of beach stuff including wagon, chairs, umbrella, coolers. Kitchen was fully stocked to cook. Would definitely go back!

This house was absolutely perfect for our first vacation with our baby (9 months). The house was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach and we loved using the pool every day. Highly recommend this house! We will definitely be back!

Glorious Vacation
We spent a wonderful week vacationing at The Flora’s home. Marco Island is a longtime favorite vacation spot and their home is a new favorite. The house was lovely and the proximity to the beach was amazing (only 2 blocks!) but what set it apart from our other rentals on Marco was how well stocked it was. There was everything you could want or need for a beach trip, to make a gourmet meal, to read a book while wrapped in blankets on a rainy day, etc. We were incredibly impressed and look forward to returning here again!!!! Thank you, Susan and Bill for sharing your lovely home with us!!! Our oldest lives in Philadelphia, PA so we might look at your New Jersey property too after our Marco Island experience.

Great house and location
My family loved this rental it was clean and roomy. The pool was great and we fished off the dock and caught some fish! The walk to the beach was not far and we saw some burrowing owls. Went to the beach every morning at low tide and found some great shells. Would definitely recommend

Great family stay
We had a great stay at the property. Plenty of room for family members to spend time together and have space apart when needed. The extra fridge in the garage was a nice bonus and beach chairs for the trips to beach were wonderful.

A Publix grocery is only 5 - 10 min away. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for all to spread out. There is a good selection of beach gear available for use. If you love tv, there is a tv in every room and the one in the family room is massive! It did have a nice selection of premium cable channels, netflix,etc. We did watch a movie one night, just like being at your favorite cinema. Marco Island is wonderful place to escape to for a nice tropical like getaway. Still chilly and rainy when we left our home at the end of April, but nice and sunny and 80 degrees once we got to Marco Island. Just perfect weather. The owner is terrific to work with and she really wants you to have a great stay in her house. We will definitely rebook this house in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this nice home!! The location was excellent. Close walk to the public beach access and close to most everything on the island. The house was clean and the amenities were good. We had a small issue with the pool but Susan responded right way and it was fixed. The only other downside was check-in was 4pm but the cleaning crew didn’t leave until 5:30. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Set up with relaxation and enjoyment in mind, this inviting property has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The walk to the beach is pleasant and not too far. Our stay in January was a bit cold but warmed up enough to swim in the pool later in the week which was certainly a bonus.

We had a lovely stay at Susan’s home. House was clean and had everything you need. My kids loved the pool and swam multiple times a day. Great walk to the beach. Susan was very responsive and was very flexible when our flights changed with check out. We love Marco Island!

We loved the pool facilities, canal view and walking distance to the beach. The spacious 3 bedroom house is great for families or six adults. It was nice to have a well stocked kitchen and large grill for stay at home dining option.

What A Great Way To Visit Marco
We stayed in a house that was clean, well kept, and well furnished. It had all the accessories needed for a great visit. The location was perfect to walk or ride a bike to the stores or beach. We tried to fish from the dock and saw the bigger fish show up the last day after we had packed our gear. Guess we will try to go back and try again next year. Great visit.
