The space The home is a contemporary work of art; the interior features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms & truly encompasses the Florida lifestyle with indoor-outdoor living. From spacious bedrooms & the grand master bath to the gourmet kitchen & SONOS sound system you'll never want to leave! The interior seamlessly merges with the outdoor living space. The pool is heated year-round, and the covered outdoor kitchen includes a grill, fridge, sink & an outdoor TV. The expansive deck provides ample dining & lounging areas; this is resort living at its finest! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for the owners closet in the 3rd bedroom and Den, but there is a large dresser for guest storage. Other things to note The home comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach (chairs, towels, umbrella, & beach cart to easily get it all there). The kitchen and bathrooms are also fully equipped. The den has a Sofa Bed and 2 desks, should you unfortunately need to work on your vacation! There is parking for up to 4 vehicles, 2 air conditioned garage spaces and 2 driveway spots. There is a flat screen TV in each room, an 85" 4K with SONOS Sound System in the living room, 65" in the master bedroom and 55" in the lanai where you can watch your favorite show from the pool. Listen to your favorite music in the living room or on the lanai with the SONOS System (to use the SONOS System guests needs to download the app on your cell phone).

We were delighted with our stay at this lovely home. It was ideally located for our family vacation - loved the house and the very private pool, with an easy walk to the beautiful Marco Island beach and the shopping center with restaurants and ice cream shop.
The owner was quickly responsive to a small pool issue when we arrived and was accommodating and friendly. We would enjoy staying there again!

This was our first trip to Marco Island and we couldn’t have picked a better house for our family. The house was clean and everything inside was as described on the listing. Plenty of towels for the beach and pool, and bathing. The pool and kitchen were spotless, as was the whole house. The location to the beach and restaurants was perfect. Would stay here again when returning to Marco.

We have stayed in Marco numerous times and the location of the house is amazing for quick walks to the beach and restaurants. The house itself is great and very well stocked with items needed for the beach. Edward the builder/host was amazing to deal with.. Very accommodating and communication was excellent. Would higher recommend this house and plan to use again the next time we travel to Marco

Having arrived home, I am already missing this vacation rental and all the amenities it has to offer! You will not be disappointed upon your arrival to this vacation destination and from the moment you walk through that door you will already be in vacation mode with everything you need at your fingertips. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances, beautifully furnished living and bedrooms. A sound system throughout the house, an outdoor oasis with pool, sun deck, covered sitting area, and cozy couches. A beautiful beach just a short walk away with all the chairs, umbrellas, floaties, coolers, and carry all wagon you need to for a wonderful stay and a bit of paradise that you’ll find with this home!

To make a long story short, when my wife and I along with our close friends walked into the house we just said WOW! Being a chef, I was delighted by the spacious kitchen and the outdoor grill space ,along with the fact that it was completely stocked with various seasonings, condiments, and pretty much anything else I needed to cook a wonderful meal(especially after attending the Marco farmers market, which is incredible by the way…)
The house itself is beautiful and has everything that we needed such as beach accessories, soaps, and shampoo and pretty much anything else we desired.
The location is simply ideal -about a five minute walk to many excellent restaurants and right across the street from South Beach(although to be honest, we spent most of our time at the pool at the house. It was incredible.)

The house was awesome! Clean, very well equipped, and a VERY short walk to the beach and several restaurants. We didn't have a lot of interaction with the owner because everything was fine, but any questions we asked were answered very quickly. We have already booked the home for next year!

We were looking for a 2 week stay on Marco and booked 2 weeks in October. Long story short, our trip was affected by Ian. We weren’t sure what to do or how to handle it. We were hearing about no power and curfews along with RSW being closed. Edward (the host) was more than helpful, understanding, and flexible. We wound up delaying our trip by 1 week as the island recovered and Edward was extremely helpful to make that happen.
The house was just like the pictures. Clean, bright, new, and high quality. We loved the outdoor space. The outdoor kitchen with grill, fridge, and sink was great. The exhaust hood was a great option and the outdoor TV topped it off. We also enjoyed being able to use the Sonos sound system by the pool. The pool itself was a good size and at a comfortable temperature. Also there was plenty of pool toys for the kids. The living space was very comfortable, loved the huge TV in the family room. The primary bedroom was large, great shower area and huge closet. The 2 other bathrooms with large walk-in showers were a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed, to cook and organize.
The location was great for us. A short walk to winterberry beach with a lot of beach toys, chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc available. It’s also a short walk to several restaurants. Our favorites are the collection of Marco Prime, Divinci’s, Oyster Society all in the same plaza. There is also ice cream, sports bar, movie theater and others there as well.
Throughout the stay Edward checked in with us and answered all questions. I really can’t say enough about how helpful he was and that made all the difference in our stay.

This house was AMAZING! It’s even more beautiful in person. The house was very clean and has everything you can think of. We were 6 couples and plenty of room to spread out. Edward was a wonderful host, he checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Walking to the beach and restaurants was so easy. We fell in love with Marco Island and plan to come back to this house. Highly recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed.

Our family of 4 had a terrific 1-week stay at this property. It is gorgeous - exactly as pictured, very clean, and has most anything you could ask for in a rental (basics for cooking, cleaning and paper products, everything needed for the beach, etc.). The owner is very responsive and terrific to communicate with. The house is walking distance to so much - 1 block to the beach, right next to minigolf, restaurants, and shops. We also did a shelling tour from a nearby Marina (also walkable) and explored some other beaches nearby. In addition to the walkable restaurants, we enjoyed Doreen's Cup of Joe down the road for breakfast and Snook Inn for lunch. This is an all-around great property and experience. AMAZING STAY!!! 10/10
We had the best time and this was honestly one of the best rental homes I have ever stayed in. Not only was the house incredible (even better than photos) ... the owner thought of EVERY detail from toys, to beach stuff to games to kitchen supplies etc... everything was included and it made the stay THAT much more enjoyable. Also the location could not be BETTER .. you are literally 2 blocks from the beach, amazing dinning and shops and 1 block from mini golf. I highly reccommend this place!!!

A Fabulous Place
We stayed for a week at this gorgeous house. It's exactly the way it looks in pictures. The pool was warm, the house was clean and had everything you need for living and beach fun. We actually tried to reserve again for the same week and it's already taken. Boo!!!!! If you read this, just book. You won't be disappointed.
A very short, 5 min walk max to the beach. Walk to Dolce Mare for gelato, Salty for an awesome Grouper meal and Nacho Mama for great margaritas. We also ate at Marco Prime which is walkable. Drive to Snook Inn for a fun dinner with music and CJ at the Bay.
We had a great vacation and hope to stay here again!!!! Nothing else compares now.

Absolutely Amazing Stay
We just returned from our stay in Marco and for the first time in over twenty years ventured off of the beach. Our family has grown significantly and we needed ample room for my parents and grandfather. If I could rate this property higher than a five star I would because it was perfect. From the cleanliness to the location I would recommend you look no further and book this home. Ed has been an incredible host ensuring that we were taken care of the whole time and even provided an extra house cleaning due to the length of our stay. Fantastic outdoor living!
Truly enjoyed our stay! The home is new, clean and very modern. The pool and outdoor living space were so comfortable, pool temp was great, the grill was clean and there was plenary of living space for our large family. Also we had everything we needed for afternoons at the breach which was only a short walk away. Great place to stay!!
