The main house offers two king beds a murphy bed and two bathrooms, while the guesthouse comes with a king bed, one bathroom and kitchenette. The property also includes a one-car garage. Hard to understand how cool this places just by the pictures. You open the front door to a screen enclosed courtyard with pool and spa surrounded by the main house and guesthouse, it’s pretty spectacular. Two blocks from public beach access. One block from great restaurants. What a perfect stay! House is equipped with most everything you’d need. The place is clean, beds are comfortable. Andrew the property manager was extremely prompt responding to emails and messages. My one gripe is all of the bikes were in disrepair, and on a small island like this biking around can be really fun and convenient! We managed to get two bikes into working order, but then found there are no locks so we gave up. Minor inconvenience, and certainly didn’t ruin anything. We very much plan on coming back, my Dad was already looking ahead on the booking calendar for next year!

This house is beautiful!! Perfect setup, location, accessories.. Beyond 5 stars. It has everything you need and more. Two toilets needed attention while we stayed, and they were fixed promptly!! Very impressed with the overall service and house, will definitely stay here again and recommend to those looking to stay on Marco Island.

This rental is perfect for 6 adults! There are separate housing rooms so you aren’t all crammed into one house! Lots of privacy! The location is exceptional! You can walk out of the house and within feet are in one of the greatest shopping/eating/beach areas on Marco! The pool/hot tub are fabulous! The house is nicely decorated with high end appliances! This rental comes with many amenities!! Pool toys/bikes/beach chairs and umbrellas etc! A refrigerator in the garage for extra items/drinks. We would highly recommend this rental! The VRBO staff were super friendly and awesome to work with!

This is excellent property in a great location. Our family of 4, with two teen boys stayed here and loved the pool and spa in this house. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Only small complaint is water pressure in the bathroom sinks is low, but showers are ok. House is an easy walk to the beach and to restaurants/shops. Loved having the bikes-we rode them almost every day around the island and stopped into the bagel shop. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a really unique property. You enter the house into a screened in beautiful garden with a lovely pool. The three private bedrooms with baths surround this garden and pool. Perfect for three couples plus a Murphy bed if needed. Many special touches that made our stay really special. Very close to great restaurants. We will be back!

Marco Island Property Management personnel are excellent. The front porch light and one light in the bathroom were not working, within two hours both were repaired. These are small issues but Marco Island Property Management took the issues seriously. The property amenities and the location are great. As with all rental property you can always find some minor issues but our family would absolutely rent again.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the house. The layout was not what we expected, but it really worked for our party. There are basically 3 different houses that surround a courtyard with the pool. Everyone not only ended up having their own room, but also their own “house”. We went our separate ways in the evening. We also had an issue with the TV in the main house when we arrived. We tried to figure it out from the house instructions but couldn’t. I called the after hours number and they have the tv fixed that day within a few hours. We had gone to the beach and it was fixed when we returned midday. It was excellent service.

June 2022 Stay
The house was beautiful! The pool and entire pool area are amazing… We couldn’t keep our kids out of it! The house was clean, the kitchen has an awesome layout, and the beds are comfortable. The beach was only a 5 minute walk across the street, and we loved having so many restaurants within such a short walking distance as well. We had a plumbing issue during our stay, and Marco Island Vacation Properties responded quickly and came to fix it in less than 24 hours. We would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say enough about our family vacation in this house! This home is a resort by itself. Mostly everything you need is available to you. Restaurants and stores are close by. Beach 5 minute walk, You rarely have to move your car except grocery shopping. Great pool, Hot tub, guest house was really cool. If I had to mention any negatives it would probably be the lack of glassware in the kitchen though that really wasn't much of an issue at all. Great vacation Great time!!!!

Fun getaway
Wonderful stay at a beautiful property. We really had a nice time at this property. Set up is great for couples that are traveling together. Pool area is beautiful. Had a love/hate relationship with the location. It's a very short walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach; however, since it backs right up to the restaurants it can get loud. Biggest concern was the ask to keep the gate unlocked to allow the pool cleaners access. There are simple solutions available to eliminate this requirement.

Our stay at this house was nothing short of amazing. It was close to so many great restaurants, beach access and activities. We rented a car, but ended up walking pretty much everywhere. The only thing that is not within walking distance is a grocery store. Our kids loved the pool. The beach is a quick 10-15 min walk. The garage was equipped with anything you might possibly need during your stay: beach toys, floaties, chairs, umbrella and bikes. We were sad to leave, especially our kids. Highly recommend. The entire experience was exactly what we hoped for.

Esta es la segunda ves que rentamos esta hermosa casa,pero ya nesecita atención sobre todo con la limpieza el primer día que entramos a la casa no olía a limpio,los baños no olían a cloro suciedad detrás y abajo de los muebles, el área alrededor de la piscina nesecita presure clean urgente.
El ventilador de la terraza tiene la luz fundida y gira alreves,varias puertas de correderas no funcionan bien,el aire del guest house no funsiona bien.
Otra cosa el precio lo suben todos los años para el año que viene ya es casi imposible rentar esta casa por $3047 por una semana.
Le doy 4 estrellas porque me parece una casa genial sobre todo la piscina y la ubicación que tiene cerca de todo, pero cuidado con los pequeños detalles ����️.
nota:No me pareció llamar para que vinieran y arreglaran todo estos problemas. tienen que hacerlo cuando no haya nadie en la casa.
