the location and the value for money. Gema is a great host.

the breakfast was the best thing our room was not the best and no hot water. no were to get a drink or snack on arrival in very hot weater. had to go to next village for somthing to eat very pritty place but no food till 20:00 when the reasturants open.
the owners father was very roude the bed room had a big slope above my head so could not stand upstright when I got out. and no hot water. plus the smell from the cows could not open the window and so hot.

Great location for visiting Santillana del Mar and also for local walks
The bedroom was in the roof so kept hitting the sloping ceiling with my head!
