We found the House suited our adult family perfectly. The bed in the main room probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The main spectacular feature is the fact you can walk straight out onto the beach. We were first timers to Rarotonga so did all the usual tours like the sea scooters, Captain Tama's, but some of the best snorkeling was done from the beach straight out in front of the house. Sitting out the front in the late evening having a couple drinks so relaxing then one evening see a turtle swim past the front house just as casual as like, so cool.

The location, the view, the deck and the kitchen. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean 🙌🏽
Bathroom showers could use an update and a few lights/fan/electrical malfunctions. Would love fly screens on the windows BUT overall none of the above would deter me from staying again. Highly enjoyable home.

Good location with beautiful views and a few steps from the water. Good snorkelling right out front.
We stayed in the Pepe 1 bedroom apartment. Property needs some TLC , very old and run down curtains were disgusting. Bedroom Located about 4m from the main road so very noisy and hard to get a relaxing sleep. Only 2 seats inside so not much comfortable chill out area if weather is poor. Wifi did not work the entire stay even though advertised as a property with wifi. Contacted the owner multiple times with minimal response and no solution for our stay.
