WiFi at times was very weak--usually late afternoons, The hotel was directly on the beach---the beach was great--Ocean was calm and water very clear. we like the fact that there was always someone there to provide chairs and umbrellas. the restaurant was very good, however the menu needed to be changed periodically---Marlin fish was the special every night for 2weeks. elevators were working very well
what we did not like was the corridors---the carpet on the floor smelt like mold, the corridors to get to our rooms were very hot and humid, maybe open the ends and let the breeze fill the corridors

The customer service with the few of the staff members was exceptional. They went way and beyond their call of duty friendly, outstanding, warm, caring, the best service i've received from a hotel was from: Sofia the restaurant manager, the front desk manager Jannie and the entire housekeeping staff, and also the bartender that delivered water to me daily. They were all exceptionally nice and showed exquisite customer service. I'm not sure if I spelled the names, correctly, but these are their job title.
Location. It was hard to get to the other side of the beach
The concierge young lady
was not that informative, as I felt she should have been, and sometimes difficult to communicate with. Sometimes I had a hard time reaching someone through the call center

The view was excellent.
Elevator access was good.
The room was sufficient.
Interaction with the staff was pleasant.
No remotw for the AC unit.
The information in the TV was misleading.
The pools were too small.
The length of time waiting for meals.

The buffet breakfast was great and the location too.
Very friendly and pleasant staff
The long wait to get checked in, room lacked basic hygiene essentials had to call front desk and request it. Also property needs a little upgrade.
