The place overall was lovely and the family that live there. Stayed in a hut in the garden which wasn't what we expected.

Pictures not fully as described but due to one night. It was ok

Exceptional

After an exhausting travel night we where able to check in in the early morning so we could get some sleep. The owner is a very nice guy who gave us some tips and helped us planning our trip. The shared kitchen with fridge, free coffee, tea and water are also really nice.

Pleasant

They have free water, coffee and tea. In proximity to a small shopping mall. Nice decoration.

-The owner was nice but the lady in charge was kind of rude and unhospitable. I felt that she doesn't really like guests and she seemed to be annoyed by me whenever I ask for something. -There were a lot of cigarette butts right at the entrance of the hut plus many other small trash items in the grass. I think they should clean that because it gives a bad impression. No bin in the room. I had a pizza box at my bench and next day I saw it thrown next to the hut on the ground.

Best Place to stay if you want to meet new people.

Personal and owner were excellent. Breakfast was good and price worthy. Staff was all the time available for you. They order food for you with their mobile which was delivered to you.

A hidden gem

An oasis of calm. The hostel has a lovely garden and verandah to hang out in. Jens and his staff are very welcoming. We are cycle tourists and Jens gave us lots of valuable information on where to cycle and general travel guidance. We can even leave our bike boxes here . The perfect place to start a cycling trip. Thanks to everyone at Bugoy Bikers Hostel. We couldn't have stayed at a better hostel.

No complaints at all. Loved our stay and we will return in two months.

Nice and relaxing area

Location was 7 minutes walk to bus/jeeps area to get to centre or south bus terminal. Lot's of local places to eat cheap price. Hostel was very comfortable and had the use of kitchen with free water tea or coffee. Jens was very helpful and there was lots of information about travelling around the Philippines .

Overall the place has a nice vibe, but could use some maintenance.

To be 100% honest, the place is in rough shape and needs some deep cleaning, but it has a nice local vibe, the staff was very kind, the room was big and breakfast was good. We also appreciated the free water, instant coffee and tea.

I was hoping to get more tips about biking in the Philippines and activities around Cebu, maybe it was because the owner was not there at the time. And perhaps some mosquito control would be necessary.

It was very quirky hostel, which I really liked, bikers orientated, but accommodating everyone. Very friendly staff, room was so big and beautiful! We liked it so much we extended our stay!

It was a good one!

The place is very homey. I didn't feel like I'm a guest. I felt like everyone is family. The honesty store is also the first time I have ever encountered in any hostels/hotels. The area in general is very quiet but still close to the city conveniences.

Some of the facilities were old. No need for replacing though. Maybe just more on cleaning and maintenance. I really love the bamboo shower but it would have been better if the area was well maintained.

Good

Nice place to stay in, comfortable beds. Unique decoration and good food available throughout the day. Fairly basic, but ultimately a very nice place to stay in for the price!

The room we stayed in was fairly noisy.

Had a good stay!

Cheap Very friendly staff Peaceful place I like the forest vibe Wifi was really good!

Hard to locate it at first and no one responded to me when I asked for the exact location as I got lost when I got to the area.
