I love the location. Near mall and IT park. Free water and super fast internet which is very helpful for VAs or working at night.
Comfort room needs daily maintenance.

Property is conveniently located in IT Park. Personally, all I require in a staycation is a working refrigerator, a microwave, a swimming pool, good internet connection, and a decent bathroom with preferably hot and cold shower. The property was able to provide those; however, the shower had very low pressure so I wasn't able to take a hot bath. I just used the pail and dipper provided.
The property operated mainly on Self-Service. you get minimal response from property owner/manager when you ask for assistance or questions. If they ever do respond, it usually is delayed so you don't get a real time answer.
I've stayed several times here, and there usually are extra toilet paper and garbage bags available to replenish but this time, there was none so I had to buy my own toilet paper. I stayed at the Private Room which I had all to myself but the other room functioned like a dorm room so I had other guests to share the unit with, making the garbage bins get full fast and there were no extra garbage bags to put our trash.
Also, since this is a shared unit, they should provide enough dinnerware and glassware. During this 2 night stay, there were only 2 coffee mugs and the unit looked like it was in full occupancy (I saw at least 5 other people from the dorm room); we all had to wash and use the mugs once somebody was done using them.
