Amazing location, across the road from the Mskheta Cathedral. Beautiful view from the back balcony.
Very welcoming hosts. Good AC. Great value for money.
The mattresses on the bed were a bit old, some had hard springs sticking out. Either new mattresses or a thick mattress topper would be good. We flipped ours and slept fine after that.
There was some mould in bathroom to deal with. The bowls and cutlery were limited.

Perfect location
I requested 2 rooms with balcony, but after i arrived i was told that our rooms dont have balcony. Our luck they have one shared balcony and nobody but us was there. But still, it is not ok

Cozy place with a very nice owner. You can relax on a small terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains and the monastery.

The host is a very hospital person: provided instructions how to get to the place, met us pretty late, helped to park a car, and treat us fruits from the garden.
The house itself is located in the very center of the town. The room doesn't look very modern, but it's quite comfortable and with most needed facilities.
Really wonderful choice for a stay in Mtsketa!

The place was very cozy, with nice view and very good people hosting it. Two big super friendly dogs make this place very unique and give a lot of positive emotions to all guests. There was everything we needed and even more: nice kitchen with all the appliance and fresh fruits, nice terrace, garden, TV. We will gladly come back here again and again as soon as possible! Thank you ;)

The guesthouse could not be more central, with a gorgeous view over the cathedral on one side (and a shop by the entrance which belongs to the family also) and a tranquil view to the mountain on the other side, where you can sit and relax while reading or having your breakfast. You also have cooking facilities (kettle, fridge can be useful) and common areas in and out to enjoy and chill. The family is incredibly welcoming and supportive. My daughter was not feeling too good and at all moments they were giving us advice and offering help. They also help with transportation (taxis and collective buses). Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Room was spacious, comfy and the right temperature. It was a real treat! Thanks!

Location is tops! The cathedral was framed in our window. Our bathroom was. In the hallway but that wasn’t a problem since no one else was there.
Sheets didn’t fit the bed. Found myself sleeping on the bare mattress.
