The hosts were so kind and lovely, the rooms were clean and the view was astonishing. For sure, a must stay at guest house, will be back again.

Great accomedation in a great location in Mtskheta. Rooms are clean and modern and the balcony has a great view! Host is also really friendly and made us feel welcome.

The friendly and welcoming atmosphere let us relax and enjoy staying there. I would like to thank the host for everything she did to us, especially for the wine (it was delicious btw). It is definitely the best place to stay in Mtskheta and affordable price for the room.

This place is great. Really nice standard for the price at 70 gel a night. View of the mountains and river from the balcony and a short walk to nice fishing and swimming spots. My room had a desk/table and chair which was great for working and a nice comfortable big bed. The bathroom/shower was good. Everything spotlessly clean. Also there is a small kitchen for some simple cooking and tea and coffee etc. The staff/owners are great, very positive and friendly. Also the place is generally quiet between 11pm and 8am ...so great sleep! Perfect if you are a tourist it a digital nomad looking for a nice mix between nature and town. I loved it! ❤️

It was one of the best place to stay in Georgia :) Lovely house with newly renovated rooms and nice fully equipped kitchen for guests. Amazing view to mountains from the balcony. Hosts are very friendly and hospitable helped us with heavy bags and treated us with own house wine and fruits from their garden. Here I felt real Georgian hospitality and already recommended this place to my friends.

The room and wonderful balcony were exactly what I was expecting from their photos. Google maps has the location wrong so I’ve added a photo marking the right building. I only got to meet Nata in the morning (one night stay) and I’m so sad because I would have loved to talk to her more! Her joy was infectious! The grandmother who came to find me didn’t speak English but was very accommodating and a really good sport because I misunderstood about parking. I parked in the large public parking lot but there’s a spot outside the guest house. I had the honor of hosting her, her grandson and a suction-cup dart gun in my car while driving between to two. 😉

Good lighting. Adjacent balcony with great view of river. Good communal kitchen with fridge, kettle, tea/coffee. Good effective air conditioning unit in bedroom. Strong wifi.
