I visited during off-season and was one of the few guests at the resort meaning I had all the facilities to myself pretty much.
They upgraded me to one of the suites and the villa was wonderful, super comfy bed, clean and with a great view.
The staff is the lovliest people you can ask for.
The only downside to being one of the only guests at the resort is they were serving breakfast.

Loved the property so much, beautiful pool and rooms. Stayed in the 1 bedroom villa and the view was incredible, it was clean and nice decor. The staff were friendly and helpful carrying luggage up the stairs for us. Only negative was the bed is pretty hard, I did let staff know I’m pregnant and it was hurting my hips to sleep and they were very helpful in attempting to make it softer with extra comforter underneath. I would still return to the hotel. The hotel is great location as well walking distance to a nice beach.

The reception lady was nice. Pool towels provided and amenities in bedroom were good.
Really overpriced, most expensive accommodation we’ve had it Thailand and it did not replicate its price. Bathroom was boiling hot to the point we were sweating. The A/C in the room was not effective at all. When we left the room the the power shut off with the A/C so was unbearable when we came in. Pool is lovely but needs some work done. Tiles were missing and it would graze our skin. Black bean bags were SO hot. Monkeys would come up to the pool and take food and from the balcony.
