De klantvriendelijkheid is niet te overtreffen. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en de zeer vriendelijke receptioniste is geen moeite teveel. Veel hotels zouden hier een voorbeeld aan moeten nemen. Dank voor alles en wie weet, tot ziens!!!

it was very clean, heating functioned very well. Since it was cold in the room at first that was convenient
it was very, very basic. To basic for a 4 star hotel. Parking was a problem, key to the door malfunctioned several times, pillow was too thin, bed sheet was too small, shower too small, shower-head was spraying all over the place, too much noice at night. I asked for a room not next to the elevator... guess where they put me? Right next to the elevator. Breakfast was too basic for the price
