Staff is very helpful, friendly and honest. Speaks English well so makes communicating clear and precise. Location is great for visiting the heritage spots.
As its beside the main road, it gets some traffic noise if you're in your room in the evening before bed time but quiet down once business closes for the night.

Location was excellent-in the heart of Hoi An Ancient town.
The staff especially Tri Kang & Mui were hospitable & friendly.
We took a hot stone massage & it was wonderful.
The slow service at the restaurant.
