We had a wonderful stay here. Lisa and the rest of the staff are truly amazing, warm, and friendly. Before booking, our initial plan was to stay here a few days then check out and possibly visit another hotel in Hoi An, but our experience here was so great we decided to stay here the entire time and rebooked the room for our final few days in Hoi An. We will be back to visit Hoi An, and when we do we will be staying here at Hoi An Ivy!

The property is very well maintained and in a great location. We were right off the Hoai River (where the lantern boats are) and could see it from our room.

It is close to the river, just a short distance from the old town center, and near restaurants, shops, and tailors. The room was spacious, featuring a large bed and clean linens and towels. I recommend skipping the breakfast option, as there are so many places to eat nearby; the ladies at the reception can recommend where to dine, where to exchange money, and provide all the details you need. It isn't a 5-star hotel, but it is clean, safe, and a comfortable place to return to at night.
