The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Its located in a quiet street on the fringes of the Old Town and only a 5 minute walk to everything the Old Town has to offer. Overall a great location. The pool is on the ground floor just off the main reception area near the lobby. The water temperature in the pool was perfect and no matter the time of day the pool offers some shade and some sun which was very good. The rooms were large, comfortable and basic. The price of the hotel makes it a good choice to stay given its vicinity to the Old Town, restaurants, mini marts, the night markets and the Japanese Bridge. Breakfast options were also good. Would recommend.
The safe in our room didn't function properly so we weren't able to use it.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was great. Easy to walk everywhere. They provide free bicycles as well. They had many tour options as well.
The room needed some maintenance. It looks a bit old. And the air conditioner was too noisy. Even though I turned it off there was a noise coming from the speaker. I couldn't sleep well.
