The position is excellent, right near the old town but away enough from the crowds to be quite peaceful. Our room was on the third floor with a lovely view down to the pool and along the river. Breakfast is basic but adequate, the staff are super helpful and very friendly

The room was large with separate toilet, shower and deep bathtub. Breakfast was excellent with many different choices. Great location - walking distance to old town, markets and many restaurants. The hotel also had a lift which was not mentioned in any of the hotel information or reviews.
Lovely, large pool but completely in the sun. Water was too warm on some days. Paving almost burnt your feet on hot days. We suggest management consider covering part of the pool with shade cloth or something similar. You also had to walk through reception to the pool.

Great location, one of the best pools in Hoi An
The rooms are dated, the bathrooms had no ventilation, bath was cracked, one of the sinks didn’t work and the showers hot/cold was very difficult to get right. The pool also looked a little cloudy.
I have stayed at this property many times before and the pool has always been exceptionally maintained, this time it wasn’t great and combined with the dated room, broken bathroom we were too disappointed to stay.
