Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was nice and the entire place is so pretty!

Beautiful location with a nice pool and friendly staff. The breakfast was also very good.

The location and facilities were very good
I would not normally respond to survey but feel I need to comment on this hotel. The location and facilities were great but we found the staff were not attentive and in one particular case arrogant and dismissive. (Waiter/maitre d in lower bar area with dark hair and tattoos on his neck). His approach was unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive when we tried to order a drink in the grass area which was apparently reserved for DJ Monday (even though we were reserved for dinner). The domaine is difficult to navigate as is also open to the public (with more public than residents) and seem to have priority over the residents which seems a bit bizarre but being polite to customers should be a minimum.
