Reception staff super accomodating for our quick booking after our flight was cancelled
Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was incredible

housekeeping staff was good.
we booked the room with the bathtub for 5 days.
it leaks everywhere while draining, hotel staff didn't bother, we used towel to soak water and they charged us 200k vnd, because theere towels were dirty 🤣🤣

My mini-suite was nice and spacious
Staff was efficient and nice (particularly concierge and breakfast room)
Location was good (close to shops and friends)
- Little things start to fall apart here and there and are not fixed as efficiently a story should be.
- Used cups anf glasses are not cleaned by staff every day.
- Breakfast room is on Floor 11, with no access by lift (we have to walk up many steps to get to it from Floor 10 !!! So stupid and not user-friendly for old people or those who have a problem with their legs).
