This is my fifth time staying here and it is a fantastic hotel, very traditional yet modern. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is super comfy, lots of amenities in the rooms. Breakfast is a wide choice to suit all tastes. The staff here are very friendly which is what make the hotel outstanding. The bellmen are all fantastic, knowledgeable and welcoming, I don’t know all their names but Mr Long, and all the bellman are great, and the young man who picked me up at the airport was lovely.
The front of house team and breakfast staff are lovely, especially Phoung who always remembers me, as do most of the staff. A special thank you to the deputy manager Simon/Quy who booked me in my favourite room without me requesting it!
The pool is lovely, the area is authentic and I have no complaints at all .. will be coming back most definitely 😊
No complaints at all , but we would like to see more sunbeds at the pool, but that’s only cultural as Brits love to sunbathe !
