I loved the location, I think is located pretty near of the best beach in San Andrés. Bedrooms are clean and big, kitchen available to cook
The house needs painting and has some rusty spots, as is typical for an older house. It feels comfortable, but the photos shown must be quite old. Unfortunately, most houses on the island are in this condition, some even quite abandoned.

Great location near the Rocky Cay Beach, with restaurants near by. Very well kept and clean property. Owner was very resposive and helpful. Beatriz who was cooking for us and cleaning was just so nice. Lulu, the cat guardian of the house, what a sweet kitty, visted us at evenings. Super quiet area, with ocean front view and large land. The property also offers many activities, vehicle rentals and the price per night is really good
Not a fault of the property at all - but all coast on that side of the island is covered with algy from the sea waves. City is responsible for removing it and it seems they lack funds for it. This island has so much potential if only the city took care of this issue

We absolutely felt in love this property.
Despite not hot water and some of uncomfortable bed we highly recommend if you like to stay few days or weeks ahead n San Andre.
Perfect location for us,we lots of local shops and good restaurants around.
The lady who was cooking delicious simple breakfast in the morning was very nice.
One bed out of tree was quite uncomfortable and not hot water

The room was clean large and had air conditioning love LuLu the cat
The house needs maintenance the yard was full of rubbish along all fences. There is no beach directly in front as it’s all reef and lots of rubbish catches in it. The photos on booking.com are not exactly true or maybe old.
