Great location near all the attractions but not right in them which makes it quiet for sleeping and also good for ride pickups or bus access. My room was really spacious with my own bathroom with a strong shower, air-conditioning and mini fridge. The bed was big and comfortable. Super yummy breakfast with strong espresso and local pastry. Owner very accommodating for my departure time.

It is well located, in the relative proximity of anything you want to see in Catania. The room was pretty large; space is more than enough for two people. The owner is nice (although perhaps slightly intrusive)
Breakfast was a bit unclear. In fact, it seemed to be composed of two breakfasts: a voucher for a coffee and a fattening sweet thing in the cafeteria downstairs and a coffee and also some fattening sweet staff at the property. The entrance and stairs to the building are in a deteriorated condition (on the other hand, the common areas of the apartment are nicely decorated)

We were especially grateful for being greeted personally by Ricardo rather than a remote email or text from the host. He was helpful, gave directions and suggestions, arranged for a transfer to and from the airport and very friendly. The location was windfall.
We assume that a B& B has breakfast on site. This is not always the case in Italy or Sicily. Guests are given vouchers for Cafes or Pasteraterias a few doors away or around the corner, which is not as convenient for travelers.

Riccardo was the best host possible. His recommendations and practical assistance was instrumental in making my stay in Cantania such a nice one. Also, the neighborhood is very nice, including il Tubo ristorante.
