The rooms are modern, very clean and spacious .
The property is well located in Catania central near to many restaurants , cafes and shops.
The host has been very welcoming and friendly.
Check in / out very fast.
Parking available at an extra charge was a great additional service.

Room was adequate with good view. Location was excellent within walking distance to everything. Close to bus stops from/to airport.

There are 4 rooms in total, we stayed at the triple one. The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings, a plus that they have AC, we couldn't have slept well without it as in June is pretty warm. The host is very very nice and helpful. We would come back any time. Also it's a 10 minutes walk to the city center.
You can hear everything from both outside and inside, but it’s not really a nuisance and I am a really light sleeper, didn't need earplugs.

Everything was great. The landlord was very helpful and welcoming. We were given free chilled water upon arrival. The room itself is very spacious with nice interior design, especially the bathroom. To enter the room you are going through a beautiful courtyard, which made a pleasant experience.
