The place was completely empty when I stayed there (summer is their low season) and the place was perfect! Very close to an amazing taverna, very easy to take a taxi to Delphi (15-20 EUR), Arachova is small enough to be extremely walkable but also large enough to have multiple cafés and little stores to entertain yourself with, crazy views from the hotel as the Parnassus is just in front of it, and amazing attention. Breakfast had all the essentials, fried eggs, ham and cheese, honey and jams, cereal, coffee, oats, etc etc. Perfect as a relaxation spot to combine with the hiking routes. The indoor pool is open until 8pm so that is also a huge bonus!
There wasn't hair conditioner in the bathroom but everything else (shampoo, solid soap, liquid soap, moisturizer) was present. A great stay since this is hardly relevant!

Location was perfect. Quiet and walking distance from the village center. Breakfast was very good although we were informed that there are even more variety during winter. Extremely clean, large bathroom, much space for your clothes (good if you travel at winter when you always need more space for clothes) Very comfortable bed. Our room was on the back side (last minute booking, no available room with view) but balcony was large and it was very, very peaceful. Extra pillows available in wardrobe as well as thicker blanket, although the bed already had a blanket warm enough. Water in the fridge and glasses.

The property was perfect in excellent condition and very beautiful decorated
Well the shower faucet need to be fixed because when I had my shower the tapping water was also running water and definitely need a plumbing fix
