We drove up to the gate, and a sign recommended to call an SA phone number. Before we could decide what to do next someone appeared and let us in. All our questions were answered by our hostess. We had a chalet that sleeps 6 people for the 2 of us. Given the altitude temperatures dropped to a chilly level at night (in September), something we did not anticipate. Extra blankets were available to cope. On site parking inside a gated fence.
This is a self catering location, something that was not clearly mentioned in the text (or we overlooked). Would have helped our planning if we had realized.
