Our stay was short but loved our stay. Staff were very friendly and waited for us because we had a late check in. We will definitely go back and recommend the guest house

the room was large and clean and well appointed. loved the electric blanket and very well priced good location
The outside lights shone into my room all night. i tried in vain to switch them off.
Other guests very noisy at night. would have liked a small bar of soap or shower gel as i left mine at the last stay but my biggest problem was that there was no hot water. there was a geyser outside the room obviously for that room alone and i was in a double luxury suite yet when i wished to shower there was no hot water whatsoever.. . when i questioned staff they could not help me on either of the problems. Dinner was a mistake. i had the rump steak rare and chips because because you shouldnt be able to mess that up right? Well i dont know how that poor cow died! It was really a pity as I had been travelling for 10 hours and just wanted a nice supper and a nice glass of wine. when i told the waitress the steak was not good she just shrugged her shoulders. i know a lot of businesses have had problems with staff due to xenophobia so just hoping that this was the case here
