The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Even if it's not near to the central seoul attractions, it's well communicated with a subway and bus stop in front of the main door.
I booked a twin double bed room for a four people family but the room had a double and a single bed. When we complained about this with the front desk, they weren't helpful and in the end told us to send our complaint to booking.com. In the end we had 5 night uncomfortable stay. This kind of behavior is not expected for a 4-star hotel, total disappointment, if the room description was well detailed, for sure I wouldn't have booked this hotel.

It was a short walk to the finance district and IFC Mall where I had business for five days.
There were some language difficulties which is to be expected but it prevented me from being able to successfully order room service one night.
