We had a minor problem with our booking, which was rectified without any issues.

Very clean and comfortable

Had everything except a microwave

Enormous bedroom - and an even bigger bed, which was also extremely comfortable. Facilities were all perfectly adequate and everything worked. We loved the quietness and solitude of the location; I'm sure it would be a wonderful venue for a conference or wedding. Far away from the craziness of metropolitan Melbourne.

The card access to the door was a little idiosyncratic, but once we had mastered it there was no problem. Room service was somewhat hit and miss - sometimes we had clean towels, sometimes the bed wasn't made - but no actual complaints. We were grateful for what was done.

Not much sorry

staff was at best not interested when I left also the room looked tired (broken tile in the shower) and the small light near the bedroom did not worked, no electric blanket either, sorry it is winter........ no breakfast facilities I should of asked BUT could not that was not available on the wedpage. It seems a conference centre bar and breakfast but other people like myself needing a stop over......just a bed
