In room 23, the matress needs to be changed as the springs in the center are weak and it sags in the center

Loved the hot spa tub. That was the main attraction for us. That there was a proper hair dryer although I never used it lol.. and tissues for make up was an awesome touch.
We didn't like the chairs for the dining table and the outside balcony chairs were very very hard and uncomfortable. The bed was not firm enough felt like we were sinking in a bit. There was people being loud outside disturbance. Felt a bit unsafe at night. There is a large gap under the door and the cold draft was coming which didn't help even with the heater.

Clean tidy great view and the fire place was awesome
The lack of disability access. No ramp to rooms had to climb with wheels walker up several flights of stairs . Pathways were uneven and very difficult to navigate
