Sehr gute Lage, schnell in der Innenstadt und schnell in die schöne Umgebung.

Die Matrazen im Bett waren sehr weich und durchgelegen. Weich ist durchaus subjektiv, durchgelegen ist messbar. Die Coach im Wohnzimmer hat auch schon viele Urlauber erlebt.

very nice small apartment, all very well thought out, everything you need in the kitchen (except microwave) Very nice and comfy bed, bedroom not as big as it seems on pictures ;-) Whole appartment without steps. Good space for clothes, whole appartment well planed, very clean and nicely decorated. Quiet place, good walking distance (20min), along the Mur to the city center. Tram and Bus stops and supermarket also close by.

Perfect sized apartment for two. Very comfortable. Friendly owner. Set in a gated area which was small and quiet. Near a Spar and bus stop (3 minutes walk) and 25 minutes walk along the river into the historic town centre.

Very little. The door to the shower room stuck and there was a walk into the centre of Graz.

Excellent central location. Close to the bike / walking path along the river, short distance from the old city center.

The apartment was very comfortable and really clean. The location is extremely quiet and you can definitely enjoy your sleep. Despite the fact that we did not meet someone, I could always make a call if it was necessary. Extra points for the heating system

I wouldn't suggest it if someone wants to be near the city centre. It is just 20 Minutes on foot and the path near the river is wonderful, but if you want to get back a bit late especially during winter, it could be a bit challenging

Location was excellent. Walk along the riverbank into Graz centre was a pleasant way to start exploring.
