Світлі апартаменти, все продумано по інтерʼєру і зручності до дрібниць, все необхідне в наявності. Тиха територія, окремий вхід, безкоштовна парковка на території. Біля входу столик зі стільцями. Гостинний та уважний господар.

Bellissimo appartamento con terrazza top,usata per colazione e pranzo,letto matrimoniale comodo, ottima posizione per le spiagge vicine e supermercati a 2 minuti d'auto. Propietari molto cortesi e super disponibili.

James was very kind and helpful. The accomodation was also very nice. We enjoyed our stay at villa serena!
The price is a bit on the higher side, compared to other accomodations that we had in Puglia. However, Monopoli itself is known to be pretty expensive so this might also be the reason.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Serena in Monopoli and would definitely come back! The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, cozy bedroom, and convenient parking.
The location was great: around a 20–30 minute pleasant walk to the city center, with a beach nearby as well. It’s also an ideal base if you’re traveling by car and want to explore other beautiful towns and beaches in the area.
A special thank you to our host, Giacomo, and his wife Arianna, who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us lots of great recommendations, helped us with reservations, and was always available whenever we needed anything.
We truly enjoyed our time at Villa Serena and felt very welcome. Highly recommended! 😊
