I asked for the complimentary bus station pick-up at the last minute, and honestly, I thought they wouldn’t be able to arrange it. But surprisingly, they managed to organize it for me! I really appreciate their effort and helpful service. Thank you!

Really enjoyed my stay here! The rooftop swimming pool is beautiful, and the hotel has everything you need. The facilities are convenient and make the stay really comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Location is unbeatable. Right next to market and pub street. The staff is extremely polite and kind and nice. The room was spacious. Price is vreat inclusive of breakfast, early check in and late check out. Breakfast was adequate.Pool is nice.
Rooms are old fashioned and furniture a bit dated. There is a bad smell coming from the bathroom.Pool is small and a little dirty. The rubbish bins in front of the hotel. No or inadequate air conditioning in communal areas, not even in the sitting area near the reception. Breakfast could have a few more pastry options.

The location is the only thing going for this place.
The staff were very unhelpful and at times rude. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. The breakfast was terrible. The hotel in general needs cleaning. However it is in a very good location.
