The location was great, about 3minute walk to the coast promenade of marmara sea and also the hotel was literally next to a grocery store. You can also find nice beaches and rocks/cliffs for swimming or snorkeling not even that far away. The air conditioner in the room was working really well but was a bit too noisy. The price might look too expensive for the first time but that is normal for the sea-located hotels, so the reason why it is worthy is because of the sea. But the hotel itself was also absolutely fine.
Maybe the room could be more cleaner especialy the bathroom. Also in our room was not an openable window just a door to a balcony (which was okay), so yes you could get a fresh air when you need but the window would still be more comfortable. And a little weird thing was that we booked a breakfast which was charged and when we arrived we were told that there is no breakfast, but if we want it we can get it. So this wasnt a very professional attitude. But overall not any big problems.

very nice and friendly, quiet street
totally rundown neighborhood, but quiet. No breakfast in winter, but they relented and offered us nevertheless. Careful with the navigation.
