The location was good with the car park in front of the hotel . The majority of the staff were really helpful & friendly. We were ablecto leave our bags securely and checked in earlier.
The window seemed really low by the bed, the room wasn't huge so it felt a bit unsafe .The room was overlooked and you needed to pull down the blinds for privacy...but it was hot eventhough there was a ceiling fan...however it was bearable

location is perfect. the room is big enough and the bathroom also is good.
it could be better cleaned. tere was a lot of dust.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel was located near to sights in old town.
No fridge or way to make hot water for tea. Easy to hear other guests coming and going. Some remodeling done, but somewhat worn out.

Basic hotel to take a one night stay in transfer to Santiago. Staff was really nice, but the hotel generally need a little modernisation :)
Renovation of the room, some parts of the corners were not so clean
