Great location in the old town. My single room was not big, but comfortable enough for a couple of nights.

Basic - towels had holes. Thin walls bit let’s face it - it was cheap and right in the centre

Staff, cleanliness, central location near the main attractions of the city.
The lampshade in the room needs to be fixed as it's hanging off the wall. The receptionist upon check-in didn't give me the WiFi (9:30pm).

The location is fantastic. In the old city, it was very close to momuments, shops and restaurants, but still quiet and private
Room very small for 2 people, not refurbished recently
Very clean on arrival but no cleaning at all the following 5 days!!! (not even emptying the bins)
