We stayed for 3 nights at Roma Capoccia in Vaticano with my wife, and it turned out to be a wonderful home base for exploring Rome. From the start, communication from the host was excellent; we received clear check-in instructions and helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants well before our arrival. Andrea and the property manager, Daniela, were both exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
The apartment itself is in a quiet, safe area and features very comfortable rooms and a private bathroom, along with a shared common area equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, and a lovely terrace. The location is wonderfully convenient, offering easy access to the city center via walking, buses, or the metro. It's just an 8-minute (550-meter) walk to the closest Metro station, Ottaviano on Metro Line A, a 10-minute (650-meter) walk to the Vatican Museums, and an 18-minute (1.3 km) walk to Saint Peter’s Basilica. There are also plenty of great places to grab a meal nearby, and the breakfast vouchers they provided for the local café were fantastic, generously covering two drinks and two food items each.
The only slight concern is that since there are four rooms in the apartment and the walls are a bit thin, you could occasionally hear other guests coming in and out during the mornings and evenings, or when they were in the kitchen, but it was not a major issue for us at all. Overall, it was a very clean, comfortable, and pleasant experience, and we would gladly stay here again!

Roma Capoccia is an apartment with very comfortable rooms, a common area with facilities like a fridge, coffee machine etc. and a terrace at a very convenient location in Rome. The apartment is at a walking distance from Ottavieno metro station on Metro Line A and is very close to Vatican museums as well. The owner, Andrea and property manager, Daniela are both very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

It was great location for Vatican City. The room was a good size and comfortable. The check in instructions were very clear, communication with staff through WhatsApp was very good.
In room kettle would be good, but not a problem especially.

Had the best time! Shower is wonderful and Andrea is Amazing!!! Shout out to Bar downstairs for Amazing coffee and snacks!!!
