Location is good, right on the beach, great views

Terrible wifi. Poor water pressure. Poorly designed and maintained room. Very out of date. Towels very old. Hard to open room door with key. Very old and worn out towels.

Good location, nice beach the doggy

The place has WiFi but they refuse to give you the code so you have to work next door at renaissance hotel, they also need to say on booking. Com that you have pay extra for aircon room this was not a option, I also never got my 200thb key deposit back.

It's very close to the beach. Nice clean beach.

The room, or hut, is 2m x 2m. There is no space to put your luggage. The staff is not very friendly. The chickens 🐔 keep you awake late, and they make sure you are up early. Flys everywhere. Will never go there again, and it's totally not worth the money.

cool place if you’re not after the big resorts. very chilled and authentic. we did go for breakfast at 8:30 and there were no staff around and no breakfast so not sure what was happening as no one told us but other than that it was good.

few cockroaches in shower but as it’s in the open you expect to see insects I suppose. it’s a good 15/20 mins from Mai khao town so recommend you hire a moped from them and explore the town for proper Thai food.

Little ocean house.

It was 100 meters from the water line, fantastic view over the sea and hearing the waves crashing was wonderful. The staff was amazing and the free breakfast was HUGE. Great dinners and lunches too at the restaurant. Bonus was I flew my dog in from Spain so he could just run around as much as he wanted.

The bed was a bit hard but nothing to complain about.

Great location, wish the food was better.

Great proximity to the ocean and beach. Quaint beach cottages. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the sea.

The food at the restaurant wasn’t very good and it’s not very close to other food options. There was no door to the bathroom in our place. There also seemed to be a bit of an ant problem.

Loved everything about my stay , exactly what I wanted from my first trip to Phuket. Staff where so welcoming , we got by on little English , but added to the appeal Food was so good , locational amazing, waking up to the sound of the waves , was amazing. There were hotels nearby if needed other option , but loved chilling outside my beach hut and by the bar

Authentic old school bungalows and family vibe!

Authentic family operated accommodation reminiscent of Thailand in the 90's! In a maze of up market resorts if your looking for inexpensive bungalows on the beach then this is one!

Do not stay here if you expect better for the price.

I'll be brief - do not stay at this place. For the price it is a rip off.

Room not cleaned before arrival; cockroaches and ants; toilet practically unuseable.

I was choose Phuket beach for my holiday.

I was choose Phuket beach for my holiday. Fortunatly, i stay in cottage-air ( bamboo hut) at at Micky monkey beach. It's just great to have a small local stye bamboo hut feel like my own house- comfortable and private. When the evening comes, the sunset at the beach is right in front of me. At that time, i ordered a glass of magarita then, a local bar-boy here told me 150 bath Wow- i paid only a half price of Bangkok.

Close to the beach

The room is nice ,also seperated from each other provide more space and private. I love to stay close to the beach ,and when the sunset in the evening here is so wonderful.

Don't go to mickey monkey.

Nothing.

2 young men there couldn't care less about guests. Seemed very surprised when we turned up. Made us wait 90 minutes while, I guess he was cleaning the cabin. The Beach proximity was the attraction but there swimming is not allowed. Red flags every where. There was a bar and restaurant but both closed. The nearest cafe and 7-11 was a 30 minute walk away. There was no bicycle hire. Grab wouldn't deliver. The hotel next door was very expensive for non residents. I wouldn't stay there again even if it was free.

Good atmosphere, beautiful view, like having a private beach with not many guests right now. Great friendly hosts and cared for by a lovely dog on our porch over night. Great stay

Fantastic bamboo huts - just the size of a bedroom, with outdoor private bathroom in a bamboo unroofed hut. Quite literally 20m from the beach, open bar and restaurant with a stunning beachfront view. Lovely people although the language is limited but that's everywhere.

Beer and food pretty expensive. 200 Baht surcharge if you want the AC remote otherwise you have a fan free of charge.
