הציבו סטנדרט גבוהה אבל לא הצליחו לתחזק אותו

האיזור המרכזי של המלון מהמם, דשא ענק עם נוף לים. בריכה שווה וארוחת בוקר מפנקת

החדרים בלי הבריכה בקומה שנייה בלי מעלית (מה שהקשה עלינו במיוחד כי היינו עם עגלת תינוק), אין נוף מהחדר ויש תחושת סגירות. חדר הכושר והסאונה בסיסיים, מסעדת המלון והשירותים בו יקרים בהגזמה. נקיון החדר תוך כדי השהייה היה חפיף, קרם הלחות שהיה בחדר היה מלא בנוזל, החלב שסופק לקפה היה מלאכותי ולא חלב אמיתי. בקיצור הסטנדרט לא תואם את המחיר הגבוהה. המיקום מרוחק כמה דק נסיעה ממקומות בילוי, יש מסעדה מקומית קטנה במרחק כמה דק הליכה צפונה מהחוף.

Важно понимать, что на первой пляжа Май Као полно отелей, все они скрыты в рощах деревьев не видны с пляжа. создается впечатление, что людей на этом пляже человек 5-6 на км в обе стороны. конкретно в этом отеле все очень-очень тихо и спокойно. анимации нет, бара и громкой музыки тоже. лежаки и ресторан и бассейна - единственное место, где можно встретить постояльцев отеля. по мимо крайне дорогих услуг отеля, в 50м от лежаков стоит пара хижин с массажем и сувенирами, по стандартным для Пхукета ценам.

вне зоны у бассейна/ресторана смотреть не на что. вилы, изолированные друг от друга 3м заборами, и как таковой зеленой «отельной» территории получается, что нет. Выходишь из своей виллы/номера и идешь до ресторана в коридоре сформированным заборами других вилл. встречаешь 3-4 дерева, кресло качели на одном из них, микро прудик и все - вы уже в зоне ресторана, рядом с которым все, что вы видите на фото. это здорово, для уединенного отдыха, но сущая скукота и безвкусица, если есть любые желания кроме лежания на шезлонге. напитки к бассейну не носят ;) Не думал что имея более 60м площади номера, может быть так тесно..

Perfecto para acabar las vacaciones

Hotel especial! La ubicacion espectacular, lastima que nos llovio todos los dias. Mejores masajes que nos dimos en Thailandia.

Si tengo que poner algun pero, variedad del desayuno escasa y los huevos benedict etc, estaban en menu a parte con un sobrecoste. Comparado con los otros hoteles 5 estrellas es lo unico negativo.

Room design, no isolation from light and noise, back wall is sliding door from metal so all the hot air and noise come to the room. Bathroom is out side. Cost is high and from my side doesn’t fill of 5 star. I can’t stay for more than 1 night.

Fantastic, Clean, Memorable⁯

The Villa was clean, quiet, as shown in the pictures. The staff is cooperative and welcoming. The golden sands beach is charming and clean. The garden, swimming pools, relaxation zones, and all the facilities was excellent. There is a market and restaurant area around 20 minutes by walk from the hotel.

The breakfast should be improved. The check-in process should be improved, I waited around 90 minutes to receive my room. I wish if the hotel provide transportation service to/from the market and restaurant area like many other hotels in the same area. Many other hotels provide the service using small electrical cars.

Fantastic family holiday

Peaceful and relaxing.

Location! Whilst I booked this based on the superior 5* quality, we had to hire a car to do all the activities which are in the south of the island. That said, if you just want a hotel and not go anywhere then this is the place to stay.

We liked everything. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was delicious.

The plugs are not placed convenient inside the room. There is no plug near the mirror inside. Outdoors, it was okay.

It is a beautiful room with a private pool. The facility was missing some activities. It happened to rain when we were there and we felt restless as to what to do.

Only the villas are worth it

We upgraded to a duplex 1 bedroom villa for another 2 nights. Duplex villa was absolutely wonderful for a couple and made for a lovely stay during rainy days. Breakfast was also good.

Common areas like the pool, gym and spa are subpar and not at the level of the villas themselves. There isn’t much to do around and the landscape is not very tropical. The restaurant is overpriced. We also tried the dip and sip that was a complete disappointment. There is an air of feeling ripped off throughout services at the resort. Drinks are watered down.

It’s a raw villa.

I like the location of the Villa. it’s near the airport. food in the restaurant is delicious.

There is lots of mosquitoes in the resort and the Villa. Plus there is a 17% service charge and VAT in total which is very high.

It’s a beautiful property! the rooms are amazing and the beds are wonderful. I always had a good nights sleep while @ SALA.

Good location, very quiet. Next to the beach and v stayed in a pool villa which was amazing. Overall the resort is well designed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy shuttle bus to the nearby shopping centre. Good activities loved the fire dance. Overall value for money and you won't be disappointed.

The pools in the Villa can be cleaned often. Our was dirty with lot of leafs. Breakfast was but repetitive.

Wonderful boutique feel

Lovely serene place with such nice little touches - from letting us choose our pillows, lotion and soap scents at check in, someone coming in the evening for turndown and putting in mosquito repellents and bringing daily delicious local tea, providing beach mat and straw bag for the beach. We got the Garden Pool Villa and our daughter enjoyed the pool. we had an amazing stay!

Far from town if you wanted to do any excursions would cost more but we elected to just chill and stay in since excursions may be more stressful since it was so hot. Resort has free daily activities - we did paddle boarding, morning yoga , gel candle and starlight cinema. A few local restaurants within walking distance too so you don’t have to eat at the hotel for every meal.

the privacy and private pool were amazing

the electrical points are out dated. too many light switches located sporadically around the Villa making it hard to figure out which switch is for which light. also insufficient lighting within the Villa itself so for getting ready is a nightmare

I am not sure I would go back to your hotel if nothing will be done to attract me back

The reason why we chose your hotel because my wife likes your private pool

My wife stayed there before, that's why she chose to go back, the property really needs upkeep. Food was ok, not spectacular. one last comment, apparently your hotel used to be adults only, now it's not, that was also disappointing

Wonderfully relaxing in a beautiful location

Firstly the location is perfect, our pool villa was wonderful. Especially the pool! The staff were super friendly and helpful ensuring we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the food, at breakfast and lunch and the amazing seafood bbq.

Took my husband a day to adjust to an outside loo 😂
