Great facilities, great for kids, room fixtures and fittings excellent.

Restaurants a little expensive. Think it needs more diversity of price ranges.

loved it! coming back again

loved the hotel. so much lush greenery and very serene. the chefs were so so helpful with my food allergies and went above and beyond

communication regarding what our stay included was hard but the staff were very helpful and it got sorted

one off never to be repeated

our room was nice

Immediately upon arrival they cornered us into a hard sell about joining Vacation Club. We agreed to sit through a 90 minute pitch the next day in exchange for gift vouchers. But they made me give back some of the vouchers when my wife couldn’t also join the pitch, even though they knew we were travelling with small children. So counter productive. Based on this experience we will NEVER join the Marriott Vacation Club. Room fee included breakfast but we were turned away from the nice buffet breakfast and sent to a third-class area and given one item each from a boring menu. Very embarrassing and humiliating. Why have different tiers of breakfast? It just makes some guests feel unwelcome. Unbelievably, they close the pool at 6pm, just before sunset! And they stop serving drinks by the pool even earlier! WHY? Has the Marriott never heard of sundowners? I have never before in all my travels been to a tropical beach resort hotel that closes the pool BEFORE sunset! I thought they were joking but alas… The resort is too big and you need to order a golf buggy every time you want to leave or return to your room. And there are lots of mosquitoes.

was oversold at the Christmas and New Year period. breakfast is not clearly explained on Booking.com so the cost of breakfast is ridiculous.

awesome villa in a nice quite part of Phuket. Staff where fantastic. Also great to have a 711 across the street and only 5-10 mins walk away is a small village with shops and restaurants with a fab pub.

Relaxing beachfront location

Great beachfront location, quiet area outside the main Phuket tourist trap. Lovely pools & facilities, staff very friendly, very spacious room, nice large & quiet beach with other "local" beachfront dining options & good cheap beach massages. We maybe got lucky due to Covid & things being very quiet in general!

Relaxing beach resort.

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was situated on the edge of the resort. Very peaceful. Loved the beach. It was empty - no rows of sun-loungers and no other hotels could be seen. Quiet, and with lovely views. Paddle boarding, kayaking and body-boarding available too with friendly helpful staff on hand. 3 pools. One adult only, one with kids slide, but big enough for adults too and one very quiet one for both adults and kids. Breakfast was great - loads of choice. Masks were worn by all staff and most of the guests. Food in the resort was pricey, but as expected. There is a little shopping area just around the corner so cheap snacks, drinks and food could be obtained there. We ate out there a couple of times too. Lovely gardens, kids games area, kids club and spa. For a beach holiday, we had a lovely time. We also hired a car to visit the rest of the island. And did a boat trip to neighbouring islands.

Nothing really. We felt very looked after.

If you want to treat yourself/family a private, relaxing getaway, absolutely recommend it here.

The breakfast was great. There was such variety in pastries, which was lovely. The beach was more private and quiet (which we look for in a vacation). There were tons of fun activities to do, so if did not matter if it was in a more secluded area. Staff were great and very accommodating. The rooms looked casual yet elegant (very inviting) and very clean. Can't wait to get back next time!

Can't think of anything I didn't like.
