Everyone who attended to us while we were there, including Danica telling me who had the best price for hair braiding; Shamira and the chef fixing the best lobster filled boullabaise you've ever had along with ginger cucumber smoothies; and Liberty teaching a mindful slow-flow yoga.... it's the best.
You won't be disappointed. Take the paddle boards and kayaks out. They are free.
Enjoy.

We really enjoyed the restaurant and its variety of food options. The pier was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, and we also loved the beautiful gardens and swimming pool. The room was acceptable, and overall, the property met our expectations. We completely understand that visiting during the rainy season comes with mosquitoes and occasional weather challenges, which are simply part of the natural environment and beyond the hotel's control. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, especially thanks to the lovely outdoor spaces and relaxing atmosphere.
When we booked this property, we knew it was a little farther from the center of Caye Caulker. However, based on the excellent reviews and photos, we decided to stay here, mainly because we were looking forward to enjoying the waterfront location.
Unfortunately, our bungalow was located in the annex, approximately 500 meters from the main oceanfront hotel. I later realized that this information was actually included in the room description, so I acknowledge that I overlooked this important detail when booking.
The staff were very kind and helped us with golf cart transportation, which we truly appreciated. However, having to coordinate transportation between the bungalow and the main hotel was not particularly convenient, especially when arranging tours, going to breakfast, or picking up our belongings.
My suggestion to the hotel would be to include a simple map among the property's photos, clearly showing the location of the main oceanfront hotel and the annex accommodations. A visual reference highlighting the distance between them would make it much easier for guests to understand exactly where they will be staying before making a reservation.
While the information is technically available in the description, I believe making it more visually prominent would help guests set the right expectations, particularly those choosing this property for its waterfront location.
Overall, I appreciate the staff's hospitality, but the location of our bungalow did not quite match the experience I had envisioned. When I return to Caye Caulker, hopefully soon, I will probably choose accommodation closer to the water taxi terminal for greater convenience.

Quiet. Clean. Beautiful. Close to the airport. Away from the hustle of town. Restaurant was amazing. Staff super helpful and made checkin lovely. Alonzo was super.
That it is not my home. Wish I could just move in.

The staff and accommodations were very nice. The location was not convenient to anything at all, requiring a $10 taxi ride to town every time (and $10 back). We did walk to town several days but would have preferred to be closer to restaurants and ANYTHING at night.
The location required taxi rides or a mile+ walk into town. No nearby restaurants or coffee shops.
