All the staff were welcoming and ready to help. The hotel was in a region that was buzzing with eating places and bars and although the buzz went on through the night it was lovely to hear people enjoying themselves happily nearby. The windows cut the sound out well.
Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and a bright, clean room or a table inside or outside,
Just the air conditioners, one buzzed when off and the other leaked water when on. However the bedroom aircon kept us as cool as we needed. I gather they are to be fixed.
Staff not available in the evening for issues or for late check-in.

It is located outside the zone with traffic restrictions and there are many café and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are numbered in a strange way and it took us a while to locate ours.

The staff was lovely, the location very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, and so was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and we were provided with several bath towels.
The walls were very thin and we were woken up several times by loud neighbours. The curtains were too thin and let ample light into the room, making it difficult to sleep at night.
Finally, the kitchen was poorly furnished (e.g. only had 1 bowl, 1 wine glass, 1 very small saucepan) and we could not cook, as we had initially planned. This was a bit disappointing since this was the main reason we book a studio apartment for our stay.
