We stayed 6 nights the hotel is very clean the room is very big and the pool in the hotel is nice the atmosphere is was very nice and the staff was very supportive
Only the stairs but we was staying in the first floor which was fine with us but the stairs to the big pool was too much and no elevator

Mega clean and tidy
Pool is amazing
Main pool no step 1.0m drop in and out not good if your old, we saw one old lady fall inn and bruise her ankle badly.
Pool in villa has no timer and pump is near dining table constantly blowing the jets very very noisy and the pool is only 500mm deep once sitting there is no view.
Lots of stairs not good if your old
Room curtain runners hard to close,
Mixer in the sink seized at the furthest away point from the front.
Pool lounges and villa chairs no cushions very uncomfortable.
