Rioom was huge, basic furniture and standar toilet for the Thai standards.
Bed was very comfy.
Position is perfect, within 20 minutes you can reach all the beaches walking.
WiFi not always working, but I guess it's because we were on a small island.

I stayed now 3 times in Leelawadee and it is good! The rooms and balcony are spacious, clean, the staff is friendly and you can enjoy a hot shower which is uncommen in Thailand ;-) if you want cleaning, just leave your key at the reception otherwise you will be provided with a toilet paper roll and 2 fresh water which was fine for me. The appartements are in the middle of walking street - yes you can hear some noice in the evening but not at night because most of the island closes down around 23.00 / 24.00. The bed is amazing!
It is a little bit outdated and in high-season (too) expensive, but it is worth your money if you appreciate privacy and a good location
