The front of property was tucked in the back of some neighborhood and backed up to the beach front. Once, on the beach front at their restaurant, it’s beautiful. Near the entrance to the walking street. Plenty of food places and good hidden coffee places
Customer service is lacking, 1)Mostly kids (problem solving will have to be learnt eventually) 2)Breakfast isn’t great but edible 3)Our AC wasn’t properly working, so we let the front desk know after check in. After a 5 plus boat ride to the island, we needed to get something to eat, and came back to our room fully opened and maintenance cleaning our AC. Opening the locked door without my permission didn’t sit well with me. Gave them the opportunity to move us into another open room next door, testing young ladies customer service skills. Nope, didn’t happen. So, we just waited…

The location on the beach front. So close to the sea and all the boats. You could swim amongst the boats.Beautifuk to sit there in the evening but the restaurant closed at 5.
The big king size bed was hard against the wall in the superior room so one person had to climb over the bed to get in and out. The bed was very firm The shower squirted all over everything in the bathroom.

We stayed in a family room close to beach on ground floor.
Clean and well kept rooms, bathroom might be considered not up to standards, but everything was clean, functional and no bugs.
Airconditioning worked good, and beds were comfortable.
Good breakfast, both buffet and ala carte enjoyed "on the beach"
Friendly and calm staff.
Nice and relaxing atmosphere.
Additional charges for use of kayak, and we had to "order" cleaning of the room(free of charge).
Not a problem, but nice to know.
