The location of this property is superb for the price you pay, you can walk anywhere on the island easily and it is a good value for what you pay. You’re not on the beach, but you’re spending half the price and you can walk to numerous gorgeous beaches within 5-12 minutes. Very near walking street and 711. There are great restaurants right outside. The staff is VERY kind and accommodating. I got sick with the flu and the missed my boat so I had to extend several nights and they were extremely easy and accommodating. It is very clean. The WiFi works well. The bed is not hard (huge plus for me). I would stay again for sure

I have stayed 4 hotels and resorts in Lipe and I have to say this is my favorite. Location: right next to 7/11 and just 5 minutes walk to sunrise beach. It’s quite clean and I didn’t see a single insect during my stay here, which is really important to me. When I stayed at other hotels/resorts, they were tooooo ‘wild’ for me with all those big insects. The staff - receptionist was super sweet and also the owner was quite nice and helpful. They were literally helping me for everything - best service! I would definitely stay here again next time.
