The location at Sunrise Beach, the friendly staff.. plenty of sun beds

Clean, quite and privacy
Too many ‘Taxi Boats’ anchored/parked along side the nice clean-sand beaches that spoiled the spectecular views. Some of the boats ancroached and passed tru the the disgnated area for swimming while I was swimming.

-the service at the reception, the staff there was professional, check in and check out were very fast and efficient
-food is very good,both breakfast and dinner
-location is amazing, best beach in ko lipe with clear water, closed to best spot to watch the sunset as well
-comfortable bed
-sun chairs always available
-Breakfast/restaurant waitress seemed constantly annoyed and unfriendly. They did not make us feel welcome to have anything more than the breakfast,so we had drinks and dinner in other places.
→ A more welcoming attitude and basic hospitality training would go a long way
-Mosquitoes were everywhere and no prevention measures in place,it was impossible to relax
→ Regular spraying and providing mosquito repellent in rooms would make a huge difference
-Room cleaning only happens if you leave the key at reception, which is inconvenient
→ Daily cleaning should be offered automatically every day after 2pm
-No beach towels provided
→ For a resort on the beach, beach towels should definitely be available
-Open-air bathroom was constantly full of mosquitoes, it felt like a nightmare
→ Adding mosquito nets, screens in the bathroom would help improve the stay
-Quite far from the walking street, not ideal for anyone with mobility issues
→ Clearer info about the distance and perhaps a shuttle service like all the resorts have at least once per day around 6pm, would be helpful
For the price, i expected a bit more. The location is peaceful, but you really need a strong spirit of adventure and nature to fully enjoy it.
