This was our 2nd stay in the last 7 years and we truly love the nature glamping concept but it's actually situated on the main road at the end of town. The location is very central and near restaurants and shops as well as the Isimangiliso Wetlands Park where most people enjoy game viewing.
Everything was spotlessly clean and well-serviced and maintained by staff including in the communal kitchens, pools and tents. The setting is quite magical with beautiful tropical gardens, relaxing outdoor lounges for guests, gorgeous and large pretty trees inviting the wildlife in and 2 gleaming turquoise pools for a cool off after a long hot day of game viewing.There are thoughtful extras included in the tents like shampoos, good strong fans, extra lighting and coffee pods. The staff work long hours and late at night and are up early to keep everything clean and tidy. Staff are very helpful and customer service-oriented in every way. Thank you for a really fabulous 5 Star star. We will certainly be back.

Very beautifully built tenting village. It's nice, but way too expensive.
If they weren't able to squeeze more money from you or it was a bit of work for them, they weren't interested in helping you.
Fast WiFi is unusably slow...
Don't book the breakfast, they just overcharge you for a voucher at local breakfast bar.. When asking for some flexibility on when to have breakfast, of course we were told to pound sand.
Tent was very broken, with every front panel completely ripped around the seems, enjoy sleeping like that with monkeys outside.
Very dark room.
