Great expereince.

Great effort from the staff to entertain the guests. Food has multiple options even for vegetarian.

The overall boat was a bit old and not maintained that well. Lot of areas on the deck was not cleaned enough.

Stunning views.

Location is fantastic. Staff is great.

Food can be hit or miss. I had three different boats, and they did not have the same quality of food. Day excursions were overcrowded (from someone who greatly dislikes crowds at all).

Lovely cruise.

The ship was lovely. Very clean and staff very friendly. Excursions were great

No evening activity. Not even a bit of music and the bars were all shut after dinner.

we enjoyed the cruise as it was very relaxing and the excursions were well organised. Food and service was lovely too.

Good

Rooms are nice.

Staff seem a bit inexperienced and untrained. Very few could comprehend English. Check in process was extremely messy and chaotic with very little order. I was given wrong quote and service description for my private transfer and management. Day 1 buffet was not enough food.

room was nice but food was horrible and got a bunch of people sick

the rooms were nice and large. lovely bathroom but I never had a nice hot shower. it was lukewarm. the staff was very friendly

mixing 1 day tours on a bout with 2day tours and using the same onboard cooking class every night doesn’t seem planned well. the food was not good. 1first meal was nice but it went downhill from there. numerous people on our boat got sick from food. also we signed up for a tour that was supposed to go to Bai tu long bay and Ha Long bay but they only did ha long bay o assume because of the 1 night stays that come and go.

not the trip we expected little freedom to make choices

room where a good size and the food was good

the rooms really need to be remodelled because the images are not what you get in real life . the worst part was really they activities the really force you be all of these which. speakers in the room make you wake up at six we didn’t want this we just wanted a peaceful trip and to make choice are self. plus not proper cleaned also on deck many sigaret on the floor

Great experience

The cruise was great! the bed was like sleeping on clouds and the bathroom was amazing. We had a great time and an experience we'll never forget. The staff were always happy to help and making sure we had a great time. The food was also really good quality and never eaten so much!

In my personal experience i feel we paid a lot to do this, yet we had to pay £40+ pounds for 1 hour in the jacuzzi (didn't end up doing this) and pay for water. (I understand alcohol etc..) but i feel as though water should be unlimited.

Staff were friendly and service was great. Food was decent given it is a cruise.

The water pressure for the shower was not great. The pick up from Old quarters to halong bay, and from halong bay to old quarters were both delayed.

Very good

Lovely cruise experience. Despite a few communication hiccups, pick-up from our hotel was smooth, on-time and comfortable. The room was very comfortable and stylishly done. The schedule is activity-packed with cave treks, boating, swimming, squid fishing and cooking lessons.

The lunch upon check-in as well as the dinner was just okay. Apart from the barbecue items at dinner time, there wasn't anything noteworthy.

luxurious stay and great itinerary, confusion with upgrades was more hassle than it’s worth.

amazing room great itinerary and activities good food good limousine transfer (worth it)

confusion with upgrades and room situation. told 3 days before that we were upgraded to the grand cruise rather than our original royal cruise. on the day of arrival we were told that we were staying on the legend as it’s more convenient for them. our room situation had then changed as we had a room without the whirlpool bath which we had booked, nothing was done about this.

Very nice featured room in old Asian style.

Room might be cleaner, bed softer. Quality, variety and quantity of food aren't 5 stars. Long distance transfers by small boat from the ports while other cruisers arrive to the pick up/drop off ports.

The location is amazing. Quite good boat and very nice guide.

The boat didn't do a tour but remained in one spot for the entire time, we traveled via the small boats. The tub is quite unsafe as the water pours out on the electric plugs.

The staff were great, food was wonderful, scenery amazing. There is lots to chose when it comes to day trips to Cat Ba island, kayaking, swimming.

Major imptovement is required about payment.No such a thing as pay by cash only , and at the End

There was a hidden charge.Despite it was written on our receipt we are supposed to pay 279$, we had to pay 340$, probably extra-charge for Tet holiday.We never knew we are supposed to pay that until the last min.
